Rejoice

The word rejoice can be viewed as time of joy, but it is also a word of action — a pathway to feel better. Rejoice is a word of action, ways in which we can connect with God and with others. In scripture we see this word used in ways that help us share our faith with others — people who rejoice. In Hebrew the word can be translated to “put to laughter.” Describes ones who rejoice, who are glad, and who have received joy. In Greek which literally means to be “favorably disposed to God’s grace.” It is very similar to the words translated to “grace” and “joy.”
