The Children’s Ministry Director will lead all aspects of the Children’s Ministry for St. Andrew Methodist Church (SAMC) through a focus on equipping staff and volunteers to accomplish the vision of the ministry and the church.

Under the direction of the Family Ministry Project Manager, the Family Worship Minister leads our children and students in worship both during regular programming and at special events, trips, and retreats. The Family Worship Minister will also work with our student musicians and tech volunteers to grow them both individually and as a team. This role is also a partner in ministry helping to fulfill the mission and vision of St. Andrew Methodist Church.

Under the direct supervision of the Executive Director, the Development Manager supports the fundraising and development needs for the Beacon of Light (BOL) mission and vision. This role is essential in helping BOL expand its donor base to attract new donors and cultivate existing donors to provide the financial support needed to fund ongoing operations and future investments in all BOL programming.
