Under the direct supervision of the Director of Congregational Care, the Memorial Coordinator will coordinate, and provide support for all memorials arrangements with grieving families that have chosen to conduct their loved ones funeral at St. Andrew Methodist Church.

The Director of Missions and Outreach will oversee the development, planning, and execution of all Missions and Outreach at St. Andrew. Leadership within this ministry takes many forms through managing and working with our lay leadership. Crucial to this role is guiding the programs and offerings specifically for outreach to be a key ministry of St. Andrew while furthering the impact we are making through service and mission programs as it helps to partner with every other ministry to fulfill the mission and vision of St. Andrew Methodist Church.

The Facilities HVAC/Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks in one or more fields (e.g. HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.) This position performs general maintenance and other tasks as assigned. A good relationship with Church members, staff and outside groups as a partner in ministry is essential to fulfill the mission and vision of St. Andrew Methodist Church.

The Student Worship Minister will be responsible for leading students in worship during weekly programming, retreats, trips, and camps. This role will help bridge the gap between St. Andrew’s Childrens Ministry and Student Ministry by providing a meaningful worship experience ensuring that students have multiple opportunities to engage in worship and discipleship.

The 2025 Camp Counselors will spend one week in July working at Camp Impact, which is our summer camp for our students in grades 7 through 12. These counselors will spend time both in behind the scenes preparation as well as with students. We are looking for people who are passionate lovers of Jesus who will help all students who come to camp know that they belong.

Under the direct supervision of the Project Manager of Children’s Ministries, the Volunteer Coordinator will oversee the recruitment, scheduling, training, and support of volunteers in the children’s ministry. This role ensures the ministry operates efficiently while maintaining a welcoming and engaging environment for children and their families. The Volunteer Coordinator is essential to cultivating a team of adult and student volunteers who are passionate about serving and creating a Christ-centered experience for children.

The 2025 Summer Interns will spend twelve weeks serving St. Andrew Methodist Church. Each intern will serve primarily in one department while also having the opportunity to learn from all departments of the church. The four internship opportunities are: • Children’s Ministry where two interns will serve our children through 6th grade • Student Ministry where four interns will serve our students from 7th to 12th grades • Marketing Department where one intern will serve with our Marketing, Communication, and Creative Dept. • Facilities Department where one intern will serve our Facility
