Under the direct supervision of the Associate Pastor, Director of Congregational Care, this position will lead the department’s support group ministries, practical care offerings, and volunteer mobilization. They will coordinate a wide range of peer-led and lay-driven initiatives that serve people in transition or crisis and builds strong volunteer teams to extend the church’s care capacity, while cultivating a community of volunteers rooted in mutual love, service, and spiritual gifting. This role equips leaders of support groups and builds bridges between congregational needs and is a partner in ministry helping to fulfill the mission and vision of St. Andrew Methodist Church.

Under the direct supervision of the Associate Pastor, Director of Congregational Care, this position will lead the church’s prayer ministries and visitation outreach to the sick, homebound, and hospitalized. They will equip and support a team of lay caregivers and prayer team to extend compassionate presence and prayer throughout the congregation. This role also coordinates and provides support for all pre-wedding and memorial arrangements and is a partner in ministry helping to fulfill the mission and vision of St. Andrew Methodist Church.

The Director of Missions and Outreach will oversee the development, planning, and execution of all Missions and Outreach at St. Andrew. Leadership within this ministry takes many forms through managing and working with our lay leadership. Crucial to this role is guiding the programs and offerings specifically for outreach to be a key ministry of St. Andrew while furthering the impact we are making through service and mission programs as it helps to partner with every other ministry to fulfill the mission and vision of St. Andrew Methodist Church.

Our Student Ministers grow and oversee all student programs directed at St. Andrew. These programs are designed and implemented to grow and mature students wholistically in discipleship. The Student Ministers build bridges from outreach events to create an environment where all students feel they can belong before they have to believe.

The 2025 Camp Counselors will spend one week in July working at Camp Impact, which is our summer camp for our students in grades 7 through 12. These counselors will spend time both in behind the scenes preparation as well as with students. We are looking for people who are passionate lovers of Jesus who will help all students who come to camp know that they belong.
