Chancel Choir

Rehearsals: Wednesday, 7:00-9:00 p.m., Choir Room
Childcare Provided with Advance Reservations

The Chancel Choir is at the heart of the traditional music at St. Andrew, providing musical leadership in worship each Sunday at the 9:30 a.m. service. Additionally, the Chancel Choir performs major works with professional orchestra in special concerts such as Stars & Stripes for Independence Day and The Christmas Festival the second Sunday in December.

Outside of St. Andrew, the choir has sung in the Meyerson Symphony Center in Dallas, Carnegie Hall in New York City, and in numerous cathedrals and performance halls across Europe.

Children's Choir

Rehearsals: Sunday, 10:30-10:55 a.m. (in between services)

We offer choirs for children in Kindergarten through 6th grade. In choir, we use music to teach kids to serve the church, praise God, learn scripture and make lifelong friendships.

Alpha Choir – Kinder, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grade, meets in Andy’s Place
Omega Choir – 4th, 5th, and 6th Grade, meets in the Movie room (226)

The children’s choirs sing in worship twice a semester and share their music at special events like the Family Advent Celebration and Spring Musical. The choirs are directed by Sarah Brammer and Emily Brackney.

You can join at any time during the school year! No prior experience is required.

Bells of St. Andrew

Bells of St. Andrew, an advanced adult bell choir, is an integral part of traditional worship at St. Andrew. Under the direction of Susan Kheshtinejad, the group regularly participates in our worship services, as well as special programs and occasional community events.

Prior ringing experience or participation in other musical groups is helpful but not mandatory.
