When you join us for a contemporary service at St. Andrew, get ready to experience something immersive. We can’t wait to welcome you into an inviting, spirit-filled worship experience populated by a live band, contemporary sounds, and biblical teachings that feel relatable and relevant.

We work particularly hard to make the music come alive at this service. Drawing from a wide range of genres from contemporary Christian to southern gospel to reimagined traditional hymns, our mission is to provide a familiar yet fresh musical experience every week.

Our contemporary services honor tradition, while also feeling modern and surprising. They are fresh but timeless, comfortable but still reverent. And, like all things at St. Andrew, they’re centered on Christ and helping people understand better what God wants for their lives.

We promise an environment that is not only welcoming but at its core is safe, warm and inviting for everyone. It’s a place where you can come as you are and connect with others to share an experience that feels fresh while remaining rooted in familiarity.

At the same time, expect to be surprised. The atmosphere at these services is alive with oversized LED screens and theatrical lighting. Our worship team members come to us from all over the Metroplex, each bringing a unique and fresh set of styles and genres that compliment a modern worship service. Our staff of worship leaders and guest artists leads us in a transforming and spirit-filled experience each and every Sunday.
