Congregational Care is a crucial component of church life, as it involves the intentional and compassionate support of members within a church community. This type of care can take many different forms.
We offer a variety of counseling and referral services, including community resources, for those who are troubled, ill, facing life changes or feeling lost.

All of us experience times in our lives when we need prayer. You may be hurting from or rejoicing in a life circumstance (like illness, grief, the birth of a baby, etc.), or you may know someone who is. As your church family, we would love to be in prayer for you and with you. Feel free to contact our prayer line, at 214-291-8044.
When a death has occurred, our pastors and staff would be honored to hold the memorial service here at the church, at the funeral home or graveside depending on the family’s decision. Christ is our hope for eternal life and we offer this hope to the surviving family and friends that their beloved is now in God’s eternal charge.
We consider a wedding to be a worship service, a celebration before God of two lives joined into one. St. Andrew asks all couples marrying here to seriously consider the central role of God in the marriage relationship and to understand their wedding as a sacred worship event involving all of the people attending. Premarital counseling is required of all couples who choose to marry here.
Whether you have a job and are wanting to change careers to improve yourself, or you are unemployed and seeking a new position, Career Care is here for you.
