The NextGen Strategic Development Director’s goal is to be a strategic partner with our birth to 18 ministry leads to co- create, drive, and execute strategic goals. This role will partner with the Student’s Pastor, Children’s Pastor, and Preschool Director and be part of their team engaging the NextGen’s heart for Christ. The goal of the team overall is to build faith so that it endures in college and into adulthood. This role will intentionally look at the St. Andrew brand and churchwide strategy and drive cross-divisional alignment with all the birth to 18 divisions to innovate and drive new programs for the future.
